What is the construction method of the seal

Use cotton yarn to remove dust, oil and open water on the surface of the gluing part of the seal. If the surface is easy to peel and rust, it should be removed with a metal brush in advance, and if necessary, it can also be wiped with organic solvents such as alcohol and acetone. According to the shape of the construction site, the sharp mouth of the sealant should be cut into a certain shape, and the glue should be coated on the construction site with a manual or pneumatic glue gun, and the surface should be leveled and modified within the surface drying time. For parts with particularly strict surface requirements, protective tapes shall be applied on both sides of the gluing part and removed after scraping.
If the non-construction part of the seal is contaminated, wipe it clean with a cotton cloth moistened with alcohol. After opening, it should be used up in days, otherwise it should be strictly sealed and stored. The construction is best under the conditions of temperature 15-35 ℃ and humidity 55%-75% RH. When the ambient temperature is lower than 10 ℃ or the glue discharge speed cannot meet the process requirements, it is recommended to bake in an oven at 60 ℃ for at least 30 minutes. The quality of sealing directly affects the packaging effect, the storage and life of the packaging, and even the credibility of the packaging. For this reason, sealant has become an important part in the packaging field. According to the form and usage of sealing materials, it can be roughly divided into three categories: gasket sealing, adhesive tape sealing and colloid sealing, which can achieve the purposes of preventing liquid leakage, blocking oxygen, moisture, peculiar smell, anti-counterfeiting and fake and inferior products. Anti-counterfeiting sealing is a packaging sealing technology that has emerged in recent years. Hot melt adhesive point sealing or pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is generally used for adhesive sealing, once the packaging is removed, it will not be restored to its original state, thus preventing the appearance of fake and inferior products and protecting the interests of consumers.
